At Paid Cal, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our booking services. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our platform, including both platform and creator-related cancellations.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscription Plans

For our Basic (₹499/month) and Professional (₹799/month) subscription plans:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • You will continue to have access to all features until the end of your billing period

2. Free Trial

For new subscribers:

  • 14-day free trial available for all plans
  • No payment required during trial period
  • Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
  • No refunds for trial periods

3. Ultimate Plan

For our Ultimate plan:

  • Cancellation terms are defined in your custom contract
  • Contact our sales team for specific cancellation details
  • Custom solutions may have different refund policies

Platform Cancellation Policy

1. Platform Service Disruption

In the event of platform service disruption or technical issues that prevent the completion of a booking:

  • Full refund of the booking amount
  • Automatic rescheduling option (if applicable)
  • Platform credit for future bookings (optional)

2. Platform Policy Violations

If a booking is cancelled due to platform policy violations:

  • Full refund to the client
  • Investigation of the violation
  • Appropriate action against the violating party

Booking Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

  • 24+ hours before scheduled time: 100% refund
  • 12-24 hours before scheduled time: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before scheduled time: No refund

2. Cancellation by Creator

If a Creator cancels a booking:

  • 100% refund to the client
  • Creator may be subject to platform penalties
  • Automatic notification to affected parties

3. No-Show Policy

In case of no-shows:

  • Creator no-show: 100% refund to client
  • Client no-show: No refund
  • Both parties no-show: Case-by-case review

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through our platform or contact support
  2. Provide booking details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours
  4. Once approved, money will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Special Circumstances

We understand that sometimes special circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may consider refunds outside our standard policy. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
