Accounting and bills
Accounting
The page is headed Accounting & Tax Compliance. It also holds the Payments switch described in Get paid with Stripe.
Accounting Files
Press Upload New File, choose the file, add a note and press Upload File. Each file has View, Download and Delete. Admins, owners and accountants see every file. Only the uploader, an admin or an owner can delete one.
Tax Types
Press Add Tax Type and fill in Tax Name, Tax Authority, the Payment URL and Filing URL, the Frequency and Due Day. Tick Add to Payment Checklist to create a checklist item at the same time. Saved tax types show Pay and File buttons that open the authority's site.
Checklist
Press Add Item: a Title, an optional link to a utility or tax type, an Amount and a Due Date. Filter by Pending or Completed; overdue items show in red. Ticking Recurring Payment records the pattern but does not create the next item by itself; add the next period's item when you complete one.
Below the tools are reference links to federal and state tax resources, chosen by the state in your company address.
Bills & Utilities
The page is headed Bills & Utility Management. Under Utilities, press Add Utility: choose the Utility Type (water, electricity, internet and so on), the Provider Name, the Payment Portal URL, your Account # and the Due Day. Each saved utility gets a Pay button that opens the provider's portal, so paying the month's bills is one list of buttons.
Reminders that send themselves
Each section has an Email Notification Settings card. Turn on Enable automated bill reminders (or the tax one), set the Send on Day of Month, write the subject and any header or footer you want, and add Additional Recipients beyond the admins and owners who always get them. Press Save Email Settings.
From then on the reminder goes out on that day each month, listing your active utilities with their Pay links. If you pick a day later than a short month has, February sends on the last day rather than skipping.
Reminders are off until you turn them on. Leaving the switch alone means nothing sends, deliberately, so a reminder never surprises a mailing list. Turn it on in each section you want.
Who can edit
Admins and owners, and users with the Accountant role. An accountant lands on the Accounting section when they sign in and can add and edit tax types, checklist items and utilities, but cannot delete files uploaded by others. See Your team: users and roles.
Reports
These sections have no export. The Calendar tab's download icon exports the selected service's appointments with their payment amounts and statuses as a spreadsheet file, which covers most bookkeeping needs. Payment details themselves live in your Stripe dashboard.
